This site has no visibility into interviews or timelines after that — it's between you and Duel.
What to put in the email

- Use the exact subject line: “Application for: [Role Title]”. It routes your email to the right person.
- Paste the vacancy link in the first two lines, or attach a screenshot of the listing.
- Open with two or three sentences: who you are, what you have built, why this role.
- Give three achievements with numbers attached. “Grew X from A to B in C months” beats any adjective.
- Reference something concrete about Duel — the 99.9–100% RTP model, provably fair verification, the PvP roadmap, the anti-dark-pattern stance.
- Attach your CV as a PDF, named with your own name.
- Link the proof: GitHub, portfolio, LinkedIn, a live product, a campaign that ran.

- A generic cover letter you have sent to eleven other casinos.
- A CV with no email body at all.
- Buzzwords with nothing behind them — “passionate”, “results-driven”, “synergy”.
- Twelve paragraphs. Duel is a small team reading these directly.
- Applying to nine roles in one email. Pick one, or say clearly which two.
- Asking about salary before you have said anything about yourself.
- A .docx, a Google Doc link that needs access approval, or a 40MB portfolio attachment.

Where do applications actually go?
Straight to jobs@duel.com, which is Duel.com's own hiring inbox. duel.careers does not receive, store, or forward your application — the Apply button just builds the email for you.
Is duel.careers part of Duel.com?
No. This is a one-person project that indexes Duel.com's publicly available job listings in one place, with no influence over hiring decisions. The "Duel.com" button in the header is a separate referral link: nothing is earned from job applicants, but if someone signs up through it and plays, Duel may pay a small commission. That's the only financial link between this site and Duel.com.
Do I need a cover letter?
No. Duel says so explicitly in its own listings. What you need is a short, specific email that shows you understand the product and can point at work you have done.
What if none of the roles fit me?
Duel keeps an open application listing — “Sentient Guy”. Same email, same process. Propose what you would own rather than describing what you have done.
How long does a reply take?
This site has no visibility into Duel's hiring timelines — that's entirely on their side. A specific, well-targeted email tends to get read faster than a generic one. If a week or two passes, one polite follow-up on the same thread is reasonable.
Can I apply for more than one role?
Yes, but send separate emails with separate subject lines. One email listing every opening reads as spray-and-pray, which is the fastest way to be ignored.
