The role

Not every good hire fits a job description. This is the role for people who are obviously worth hiring and obviously not on the list.

What you’ll do

• Whatever you make the case for
• Show up with a thesis, not a CV summary
• Be specific: what you’d own, what you’d change, what you’d have shipped in 90 days
• Bring proof — code, campaigns, products, numbers, artefacts
• Expect to be the only person doing it for a while

What you’ll need

• Evidence. Something you built, ran, shipped, or grew that we can look at.
• The ability to describe what you’d own here in two sentences
• Genuinely self-directed. Nobody is going to define this role for you.
• Crypto-native and internet-native
• Comfortable being the first person doing whatever this turns out to be
• Sentient. That’s the bar, and it’s higher than it sounds.
