One role, four markets — Japan, Mexico, Brazil, Indonesia. Tell us which one is yours.

What you’ll do

• Own the launch and growth plan for your market
• Build local creator, affiliate, and community relationships
• Adapt product, content, and payments to what actually works locally
• Feed local regulatory and payment realities back into product decisions
• Run local campaigns and activations
• Own the number: acquisition, retention, and revenue in market
• Hire the local team once the market earns it

What you’ll need

• Native-level language and genuine cultural fluency in your market
• Experience launching or growing an iGaming, crypto, or consumer product in that market
• An existing network: creators, communities, affiliates, and payment partners
• You know how players in your market actually pay and what breaks that flow
• Commercially accountable — you’re comfortable owning a number
• Crypto-native
• Willing to be the entire local team at first
