Blackjack Content Director

The role

Blackjack is the game where players most obviously get taken — bad rules, worse side bets, 6:5 payouts sold as normal. Duel is going to be loud about doing it properly.

You own blackjack as a product and a piece of content: what tables we run, what rules we publish, who fronts it, and what we say about everyone else’s.

What you’ll do

• Direct Duel’s blackjack content: formats, shows, sessions, and strategy pieces
• Define the rule sets and table standards we’re willing to put our name on
• Front or cast the people who front it
• Build the community around the tables — regulars, events, tournaments
• Work with live games and product on table configuration and UX
• Produce educational content that makes players better, not just busier
• Call out the industry’s blackjack practices, specifically and accurately

What you’ll need

• Deep, genuine blackjack knowledge — rules, variants, strategy, and the culture around it
• Experience directing content or live programming that built an audience
• You can tell a good table from a bad one in thirty seconds and explain why
• Comfortable on camera or directing the people who are
• Understanding of game math: house edge, deviations, and why side bets exist
• Internet-native; you know where the blackjack community actually lives
• Opinionated about what a fair table looks like
