The role
Live is where a casino either feels real or feels rented. You own that surface: the tables, the hosts, the schedule, the quality of the stream, and the relationships with everyone who supplies it.
Duel’s whole position is that nothing here is rigged and nothing is a dark pattern. Live is where players test that claim in real time.
What you’ll do
- Own live game operations end to end — tables, coverage, schedules, quality
- Manage provider and studio relationships, and hold them to standard
- Shape Duel-branded live content and the experience around it
- Cast, brief, and develop hosts and presenters
- Monitor table performance and adjust coverage and limits to match demand
- Work with product and engineering on live integrations, latency, and UX
- Handle escalations and disputes on live tables personally
What you’ll need
- Senior live casino operations experience — studio, table, or provider side
- You have run a live floor or a provider relationship at scale and know where it breaks
- Strong on the commercial side: table economics, coverage, and what a dead table costs
- Comfortable with hosts and talent — casting, training, and the standards that keep a stream watchable
- Technical enough to hold your own on streaming, latency, and integration issues
- Crypto-native, and fluent in what a Duel player expects
- Hands-on. This is not a role you run from a dashboard.
